Thanksgiving
A table set with care says what words sometimes can't. Our Thanksgiving flowers bring the warmth of the season home: low centerpieces made for long dinners, golden sunflowers, and soft arrangements in amber, blush and ivory. Each one is arranged by hand by a skilled florist.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver on Thanksgiving Day?
Yes. On Thursday, November 26, our boutiques are open on reduced holiday hours, and deliveries and pickups scheduled for that day go out during those hours. A small number of boutiques may be closed on Thanksgiving, so please contact yours to confirm. We recommend scheduling your Thanksgiving delivery in advance.
Can I pick up my order on Thanksgiving?
Yes, during your boutique's holiday hours on Thursday, November 26. Hours are reduced and a small number of boutiques may be closed, so please call yours before you plan your pickup.
What's the order deadline for delivery on Wednesday, November 25?
The day before Thanksgiving follows each boutique's normal same-day delivery cutoff. Cutoffs differ by location, so check with the boutique that serves your delivery address, or schedule your delivery ahead of time.
Should I send flowers before Thanksgiving or on the day?
Both work. If you're hosting, a delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday means the table is set before guests arrive. If you're sending flowers to a host, delivery on Thanksgiving or the day before is a thoughtful way to thank them before dinner.
Which arrangements work best as a Thanksgiving centerpiece?
Choose a low, wide design so guests can see each other across the table. Fall Passage and the Spectacular Thanksgiving Harvest Centerpiece are made for a long dinner table. For a side table or entryway, the Vase of Smiling Sunflowers adds warmth without taking up the table.
Can you deliver in the morning?
Of course. We have Express Delivery availability that you can select during checking out. This guarantees you an early priority delivery time. Please select this time for a priority delivery time...
Do you deliver to hospitals?
What if no one is home when you arrive?
We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending flowers to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, our customer service team will call to the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask to advise. If our driver is at a business or residence where there is a safe location we will leave it in a safe place, and then leave a voicemail for your recipient to let them know they have flowers. We’ll leave our information as well so that they can reach out in case there are any concerns. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a safe place to leave the flowers, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them. This is something we offer typically at no extra cost.
Will my flowers look like the picture?
How should I care for the flowers or plants?
Are you still delivering for today?
There is mistake on my order, how can I make a change?
I’m seeking a specific flower to include in my arrangement, can you help with that?
What details will you need from me for my order?
What if I’m disappointed in the flowers?
Will there be a flower substitution?
On occasion, yes. Flowers are a living material, and even the finest blooms are subject to nature's calendar. When a particular stem isn't at its peak, our design team selects an equivalent or finer variety, handpicked to preserve the color, shape, and feel of the arrangement you selected.
